Look for it in downtown Castle Rock - it is one of four artists' banners that are on display through December. Look for more artwork by Sarah Phippen and other local artists in the new Greater Castle Rock Art Guild Gallery in the Williams Professional Building at 240 Wilcox in Castle Rock, CO. On display until October 31, 2008.
Introduction
Sarah lives in Sedalia, Colorado, where the color, movement and personality of the horses and other animals around her infuse her art with life. Training, roping, showing, and trail riding are just a few of the ways people interact with horses, and Sarah’s art shows the wonder and joy, as well as the humor and dirt that come with that relationship.
